Always the coughing into the microphone by council members.  It is true that the SP  seldom reports the whole story.  The Power of Attorney is not the issue here; nor is it a manner or form that should be allowed in our election process.  Too many loopholes to hide in or among.

So then lets have a formal investigation of how the Absentee Ballots got out of the building without those initials, or who is granted access to the Absentee Ballots to take them out to the voters.  Such a lack of respect by council toward We The People.
