 It seems we are actually
It seems we are actually growing a fair number of "Commands" in "Strategic" areas around the world. One must wonder if this proliferation is called for or simply an efficiency effort? I like that we are able to have our Military Commands used for more then simply Military Missions in these overseas area; and that we don't have to be enforcing or supporting "token dictators" in their efforts to win over a popular support of the people at the cost of civil rights and freedoms to live as they choose, and can apply themselves to support thier lifestyle as they can.
