Next meeting is August 28, at 7:30 p.m. I believe. Haven't called to confirm yet. (765-789-6112)

Basically, wanting someone to attend to see what's going on in Albany. The meetings I've been to there are usually very structured and informative, lasting about an hour.

Possible things to do:

• Collect meeting minutes - collect copy of meeting minutes from last meeting for entry into MFP
• Collect meeting agenda - collect paper copy of meeting agenda for later entry into MFP
  • (For the last two, if you don't want to type them up or scan them, mail them to the Elwood Newsroom...)

• Write brief summary of what happened at the meeting
• Get an audio recording of the meeting (have to have your own equipment at this time - preferably something that has usb. can ftp wav or mp3 files to me or upload to site depending on how large they are - contact me for details.)
• Snap a few pictures (be polite! especially if you mention you're representing MFP.)
• Shoot some video (would recommend tripod...)
