I always wondered why so many people smoke when they know it is bad for them. I talked with Angie, a smoker, who says she knows its bad, but she is not going to stop. I still encourage you to tell those you care about to stop smoking, but here is some insight to why they still smoke, even though they know its bad for them. stupidity!
not the video, the reason i smoke. it's addictive. my life is so stressful right now, that i haven't really tried quitting yet. i want to quit, though, and will someday.

Dont be too hard on yourself, lots of people dont even think about quitting. Ive been the same way with food lately, ha! Have you heard of the laser treatments? Several viewers wrote to me saying they are thinking about trying it and I plan on looking into it to tell people what its about.
