Now honestly folks does this look like it is worth 41,500.00? I mean I paid under $10.000.00 twenty years ago, and the only things we have done is enclose the front porch, a shower, toilet, and freestanding sink, (shown) and hook up to City Sewer (We paid for). Reassessments aside, this is my home; with my little sewing shop next to the house and It has little resemblance to the value they say it is worth and the taxes they are attempting to tax for.
