Public Service Employees and their Oath to uphold the Constitution and obey Lawful Orders

Anyone who went to public school was suppose to have so much Government, History, Civics, Etc. Classes of some sort; Presumably to help make us better Citizens and ready to enter the work force.  But I don't remember to many ethics or Morals Classes in my school system; at least that dealt with it in that way.  Making, Moral and Ethical Decisions and actually coping with illegal orders or actions by public servants or anyone in a position of authority.  I suppose that was because back fifty years ago more folks were expected to learn that at home, Church, or some other advanced class they would take after high school.

Today we are faced with folks who don't know when they are being lied to by their elected and appointed Representatives and only now how to vote for a two party system of government.  Good Choices are getting fewer and farther between; Morals and Ethics seems to be a card politicians seem to think they need to get punched to get into a position to get elected.

The problem with our current situation, is this; once elected the politician that sounded so good can turn and do almost anything they want to do to help what becomes their agenda after getting into office.  After they are Elected to office the Voters pretty much loose control over them and their agenda, except the power of the next election.

It is my proposal that WE THE PEOPLE no longer need or should desire "Professional Politicians" or allow them to serve more then two terms at a nominal salary, roughly equal to the average constituent they are elected to serve (neither rich nor poor) but let them seek the office as a public servant.  With no hope of re-election, retirement, or continuing benefits at public expense.

Most every Public Services Oath includes a phrase of   "upholding the Constitution and obeying the Lawful orders of those appointed over me" and I would like to know from the most critical public servants of all; our Police, Sheriffs', Marshals' and the National Guard, State Militia if they will obey, WE THE PEOPLE or will they carry out orders from their respective departments to arrest, disperse, and intimidate WE THE PEOPLE  in any attempt to Take back our Government in a peaceful manner but that may disrupt into civil war to do so.

Whose Side with our Public Protectors who Swore the Oath to defend the Constitution BE ON?  Will they be with the Authority of the People to Change Government other then by elections alone, or will they withstand the will of the people when the Votes are counted and Petitions are delivered?  Do they already realize that our Elected and Appointed Officials have already Violated their Oaths by introducing illegal legislation, and then by passing illegal Laws to enforce it, further aggravated by illegal Administrative Codes designed to usurp the Constitutional and inaliable Rights of the People to be FREE from any legislation that could Jeopardise them, their Property, Their Papers and except for criminal activity, guaranteed their modest home to be safe from Seizure from any Law.  If the homestead was to be seized it hat to first be assessed, be paid for at the assessed value and then allowed to be sold.  This has not been happening.  It has been violated for a long time.

So the questions comes down to this "who" will "Public Protectors" sworn to protect and Obey the Constitution, or the Lying Politicians and maybe corrupt Officers they work for, that may even be too deluded to know right from wrong "Obey".  Lets here from you, and your fellow citizens about what they think about this potential situation.

And Now we better understand why we need to Protect our Right To Own and Bear Arms (any type) to be able to with-stand our own neighbors and may be the very ones sworn to protect and defend the Constitution and Bill Of Rights, and WE THE PEOPLE , if need be.
