MFP Freelance / Volunteers

I did some work on MFP Freelance (still not sure about the name) over the weekend. The observant reader will note a new tab in the main navigation - Volunteer. Basically, this section started as a way for me to communicate the specific types of help I was looking for, with thoughts of using it for paying gigs somehow in the future as well.

Thinking about it more, though, I've realized that I can (and should) open it up to other organizations - especially non-profit groups. I'm thinking politicians (or their staff) would have lots of uses for it as well. MFP can become known as the place to go on the web when you want to donate some time or want to find others willing to donate time to your worthy cause.

There's an information box on the bottom of the page, with a little more information.

Lots of other minor improvements as well. Let me know what you think.
