Letter: Candidate Questions I'd Like Answered

Dear Muncie Candidates:

Name three major issues facing the City of Muncie; and now, don't just tell me WHAT you are going to do, but.... 

• HOW are you going to do it?
• WHY are you going to do it--what is the expected outcome?
• WHEN are you going to do it--what's your time frame?
• WHOM will you appoint to the effort, and why?  What is their experience?
• HOW will you pay for it?
• WHAT sources of revenue will you create?
• WHAT is the anticipated revenue generation?
• WHAT is your stance on the hiring of relatives?
• WHAT is your stance on the hiring of friends, party pals?
• WILL you pledge not to hire friends, relatives, or political buddies?
• WHAT is your past experience?
• HOW do your past job tasks relate to the office you seek?
• WHAT is your education and training?
• WHO are your campaign supporters?
• WHO are your campaign contributors?
• WHAT is your view regarding the current property tax situation?  What is your stand on property tax repeal?  What will you do to reduce spending?

And please provide me with a FULL resume listing education and training, past employers, job titles, and a description of your job duties.  I'd also like some references, please. 

Oh, and by the way, IF you are not willing to submit to the above questions and comply with the request for a resume, I will NOT be willing to give you my vote!
