Muncie one of Top Ten Affordable House Markets in National Survey

MUNCIE, INDIANA - According to Coldwell Banker's annual Home Price Comparison Index (HPCI), Muncie is one of the top ten affordable house markets in the United States.

Coldwell Banker's Home Price Comparison Index compared a 2,200-square-foot house (that included 4 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms, a family room and two-car garage) in over 300 markets. The national average for such a house was $422,343.

In Muncie, a similar house goes for $150,000 on average.
