Family Friendly Halloween at the Muncie Children's Museum

MUNCIE, INDIANA -  Friendly frights and a bewitching good time await you, and your family, at the Muncie Children’s Museum’s Family Friendly Halloween.  Join us Friday, October 5, 2007, from 3-7 p.m, for Friends and Family Fun Night.

An abundance of activities will keep little hands busy and entertained throughout the evening.  Join in on pumpkin beanbag toss, play Halloween bingo, gather in the Book Nook for Halloween inspired story time or head up to the Museum’s Make ‘n Take to make a paper plate pumpkin craft or a Frankenstein!

There will also be a costume contest for children 12 years old and younger.  Participants will be placed in three categories: scariest, most original and cutest.  The age groups for the contest are: preschool through kindergarten, first grade through second grade and third grade through fifth grade.  First place winners in each category will receive two family passes to the Muncie Children’s Museum.  Second and third place winners in each category will also receive prizes.

For more information on Friends and Family Fun Night, call (765) 286-1660 or visit www.munciechildrensmuseum.com.
