Video About Citizen Journalists

Came across this video tonight. (Note, I do get a cut of the ad if you watch it...) Anyway, the news station WCCO did a story on a website called The Uptake - who are doing the same thing (basically) that we're doing here.

Granted, I lack the resources to even get around much (reliably) at the moment, but I've put a lot into the site, and I we're still growing, which is good. We'll hit critical mass at some point (and probably wax nostalgic for these 'good old days' at MFP. ;)

Anyway, I thought it was cool for 'big media' to do a story on their local 'citizen journalist' counterparts. (Cough*tsp*Cough...)
