Kabul Airman Brings Gifts, Smiles to Local Children

Master Sgt. William Whitt passes out soccer balls and soccer gear to local children from the Kabul Youth Soccer League outside the gate at Kabul International Airport, Afghanistan, Oct. 22. The equipment was donated from businessmen and supporters from Tennessee, Georgia and California. Sgt. Whitt's wife Lea-Ellen, back in Tennessee, was instrumental in the effort, working with the soccer companies and businessmen to put smile on the childrens' faces. Sgt Whitt is deployed from Arnold Engineering and Development Center, TN. His hometown is Taylorsville, KY. Date Taken: October 22nd, 2007
