Indiana Farm Bureau and Indiana Agricultural Law Foundation to Hold Meeting on Wind Easements
WINCHESTER, IN - Farmers who have been contacted about easements for wind energy development are the targeted audience for a special meeting sponsored by Indiana Farm Bureau and the Indiana Agricultural Law Foundation.
The session will be Nov. 7 from 7 to 9 p.m. at Husted Hall at the Randolph County Fairgrounds in Winchester.
Kit Earle, a utility attorney with Bose McKinney & Evans in Indianapolis, will lead a discussion with landowners on issues related to easements for wind energy development.
Ryan Brown of the Indiana Office of Energy & Defense Development will provide a brief overview of the facts related to wind energy development.
