44-year old C-130 Flies Final Combat Mission

Master Sgt. Roger Richardson holds an American flag atop a C-130 Hercules, tail number 63-7865, Nov. 13 in Southwest Asia. The aircraft from Ramstein Air Base, Germany, had just flown its last combat mission and will be flown to Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Ariz., where it will be laid to rest at the "boneyard." Sergeant Richardson is a 386th Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Squadron flying crew chief.
