Buy the time my body adjusts to that hour we purposely subject ourselves to , IT is time to switch back and screw up MY body's natural time clock. The sun comes up when it comes up and the cows & other livestock don't care what the clock says , unless its 10:01 and that is " Time To Rock "( just had that trademarked ) just had to throw in the self-promotion , but back to the clock. I think it messes with our physiological well being and it just another way for the few(government) to keep control of the masses.
