Indiana Statewide Mock Tornado Warning

This is the activation of the Delaware County Emergency Outdoor Warning Sirens for the Indiana Statewide Tornado Drill. The purpose of me going to Heekin Park here in Muncie is to see how well the system covers the park. The area I was at is more than a mile from the closest siren.
