Do you think public education is out of control? To the degree too much money is spend on things other then education?
Yes, the cost to renovate all the school buildings, given a decreasing student population. Yes it is out of control.

No, not really, many of the buildings just needed repair they are so old.

Oh Yes, given less then 80% of the students are graduating from our High Schools, and that freshman collage is like High School
