WWII Poster Art "Continued" part II
As promised, I was going to follow up with another series of Poster Art that seems to be needed today as it was back then. The government has to declare a war on the job losses and bail outs we seem rampant to pursue.
This next series deals with much of the Work Ethic it took to produce the equipment to outfit ourselves and the allies who fought together to overcome the Nazi war machine devastating Europe.
This poster makes it very clear it is a full out effort among every American of every Age. 
This one makes it clear Women made a big contribution to the Army & Navy War Effort.
This year they may reinstitute the war bonds and Savings Bonds as a way to get a faster payback on all the bail out money! The next series shows how the government went to great effort to educated and demonstrate how to do what it wanted us to do to help fight waste.
I am surprised we don't see a Ball jar symbol on that last one. Then there is all the war production effort to encourage Americans to work as if it were war.
In the next series we will look at some of the Posters used in a religious context to motivate America to get in to the fight overseas. Let me know what you think of how these posters reflect todays issues and needs.
