INTERNET - MyDanceContacts.Com is bringing dancers together in a unique web site designed just for dancers.  This is where the dancers of Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow come together, communicate their experiences and creative thoughts, and help one another better themselves in the world of dance.

MyDanceContacts.Com is a membership based internet community (similar to FACEBOOK) designed by a dancer for dancers.  MyDanceContacts.Com network has been created to provide dancers with access to a continuously expanding community of dance artists, dance schools, performance companies and dance organizations that offer all types of dance, movement, garments, equipment and professional associations of interest to all dancers.

Members are able to:

1.)   Build "dance contacts" throughout the world in their personal instant messaging program.

2.)   Locate individual members, performance company members, school members, and vendors using our advanced search engine.

3.)   Create postings on their personal web page within the MyDanceContacts.Com network.

As the MyDanceContacts.Com network database grows, it will become the best single location for every dancer or dance organization to keep up to date on the current trends within the dance community and the people that create them.

Every type of dance that is known is welcome.  Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Ballroom, Clogging, Historical, Folk (all countries), Tap, Hip-Hop, and Character are just some types of dance included in the MyDanceContacts.Com network.

To become an Individual Member it is recommend that the person be of high school age or older. If they are under the age of (18) they will need to have their parent or guardian pay for their membership. This also allows for the parent or guardian to be notified when someone wants to contact their child through MyDanceContacts.Com advance networking system.

There are two types of membership.  The first type is an Individual Member.  This is for individuals from beginner through professional. Since dancers usually have little money MyDanceContacts.Com felt that membership should be affordable to all dancers. An Individual membership costs less than a Grand Latte at a trendy coffee house per month or $1.67 per month ($19.99 per year).  Couples can join and "share" an Individual account.

The second type of membership is a Commercial Membership. A commercial membership is for performance companies, schools of dance and movement, dance organizations, and supply outlets.  Again MyDanceContacts.Com felt this should be highly affordable to all of these groups and businesses.A commercial membership costs just twice that of the Individual membership or $3.34 per month ($39.99 per year).

Yoga, Pilates, and Gyrotonics are included in MyDanceContacts.Com because dancers are always seeking activities that will keep them fit during times where actual dance classes are not available.  These have been proven exercise groups that enhance a dancer's total health and well being.
