Today is Thanksgiving Day and as thankful as I am, I am also seeing a lot of competition for any and all discretionary dollars out there that could be spent at retail or on services.
As a Christian business person, I don’t ask, or expect anyone to go into hock to borrow what they want at this time of year and yet all of the local business’ are hurting as much as anyone who has lost a job or has had hours cut, or even been asked to take cutbacks of any type.
As a Mom & Pop operation and having thrived in times past, and survived from the last recession to this one at this point we too are having to slash prices to either liquidate old stock (never really grows out of style) and earn some funds to make ends meet.
To that end we are having a 2 For1 and ½ Off Blow-out of a lot of selected on hand stock and are offering a one day 20% off all Prepaid Special Orders with delivery in about three or four UPS ground days into our shop.
