Efforts of Five Fort Wayne Troopers Lead to Numerous Criminal and OWI Arrests in 2009
FORT WAYNE, IN - The traffic and criminal enforcement efforts of five Indiana State Police Troopers, assigned to the Fort Wayne Post, highlighted one of the Department’s mission statement philosophies which states that “we will address crimes and offenders with diligent, conscientious and proactive initiatives”.
In June of 2009, Fort Wayne District Commander, Lt. Rob Townsend put together a team of four Troopers whose primary focus was OWI enforcement in the District. Troopers Caleb Anderson, Jen Holt, Matt Teusch, and Jason Ward, from June through December, put together an impressive resume of traffic enforcement contacts (both tickets and warnings), criminal arrests and OWI arrests.
