New Secured Drivers License ( when were they going to tell us about the new license) and is facial recognition constitutional

Hello Everyone,
While signing my financial papers at the State House , this wonderful person helping me out noticed my drivers license was expired. Having a chauffeurs license, I forgot about having to renew them every two years instead of the normal six. Well as I drove home cautiously, I decided to stop at the license branch and renew it. Well sitting at the counter talking to the BMV worker she asked if I wanted a SECURE or a regular license . Confused , I said what is a Secure license ? She started stating it was a new program initiated by the government to try and nationalize the drivers license . She then said; without a secure drivers license you will not be able to board a plane, go into any Federal Building's and more restrictions to follow.
Well running for Senate I need access to all Federal Buildings so I said, "I needed the Secure license ." I had to go home and retrieve all the documentation she pointed out that I needed for this license . After going home and returning I had filled out the paper work, done the eye test and had my picture taken. I then went back to her desk and resumed answering more questions of a personal nature. I thought;" I just came in to renew my license , what is all this for?"
well after the question answering this lady hands me a piece of paper and said; after we send this off to the government office ( for facial recognition software to profile my facial features on the National Data Base from here on out ) for two weeks ,you will receive your license in the mail. She then handed me back my old license saying we do not keep these anymore but neglected to tell me I needed my old license goes with this piece of paper to make it valid until you get your real license in the mail. So when did this all come about and who was going to tell us and when? The only real advantage to me this brought about was I never have to worry about proving I exist ever again. If I lose my license all I have to do is walk in and get my picture taken. No more paperwork, but this isn't to far off of them wanting to stick a microchip under our skin ( You know "Revelations") to monitor our every movement. We all have to watch out!!
