Applications Available for the First Janice Paige Hughes Scholarship

MUNCIE, IN - The Community Foundation of Muncie and Delaware County, Inc. has announced the availability of applications for the first Janice Paige Hughes Scholarship for Delaware County. 

The scholarship is for students enrolled full time at a university in the State of Indiana, majoring in education, and planning to specialize in the teaching of special education or handicapped students. 

Applicants must be a resident of Delaware County (but may be away from home temporarily to attend college in another county.)  Applicants must be in at least the third year of study at the university level.
