Four Kokomo Residents Arrested on 13 Felony Charges Related to Meth

KOKOMO, IN – On Tuesday night, Trooper Josh Maller and officers from the Kokomo’ Police Department initiated a traffic stop on a Chevrolet van in the 400 block of east Morgan Street in Kokomo, for having a fictitious license plate. During the stop, officers developed probable cause and obtained a Howard County Superior Court I search warrant for a residence at 4411 South 00 East/West, Lot 39 A, Kokomo, IN. 

Last night, at approximately 9:00 p.m., officers from the Indiana State Police, Howard County Sheriff’s Department, and Kokomo Police Department executed the warrant. They allegedly found an active methamphetamine lab, items associated with the manufacturing of methamphetamine, and methamphetamine. Buddy Mossholder, 37, Tonya Mossholder, 34, Timothy Farr, 36, and Jason Jones, 30, all of Kokomo, IN, were arrested on a total of 13 felony and two misdemeanor charges. All four were incarcerated in the Howard County Jail. 

The Mossholders and their three children lived at the home where the warrant was executed. The children, ranging in ages from seven to mid-teens, were placed into the care of representatives from the Howard County Child Protection Services Agency.

    • Dealing methamphetamine, B felony
    • Manufacturing methamphetamine, B felony
    • Possessing an illegal drug lab, D felony
    • Neglect of a dependent (three counts), D felonies
    • Possession of methamphetamine, D felony
  • Tonya Mossholder:
    • Neglect of a dependent (three counts), D felonies
    • Possession of methamphetamine, D felony
    • Jason Jones and Timothy Far:
    • Conspiracy to manufacturing methamphetamine, B felony
