Hip-Hop Collaboration at Slamology

INDIANAPOLIS, IN - Concrete Beats All-Stars, featuring several performers, will take to the Slamology v7.0 Mainstage Saturday, June 19 at the Marion County Fairgrounds, with Lounge Soundsystem.

Sean Davis, Concrete Beats Executive Producer, says his line up this year is extraordinary and features the best hip-hop artists in the Indianapolis scene.

Performers include: Neph Dolo, Jaecyn Bayne, Jaava, Hollywood, Ruckus, Freeze, Radamez, Deejay Kaylo, Paul Thomas, Wes Taylor, AS1, and Seany D.

“We’re looking forward to performing at Slamology because the fans,” Davis said. “This show has the most diverse crowds and it encapsulates many different genres. We love to meet new fans and give our fans something a little different every year.”

This is the sixth year that Concrete Beats has performed at Slamology, and in keeping with their tradition of changing things up, they invited the band Lounge Soundsystem to perform with them.

“This is a unique collaboration with Concrete Beats and Lounge Soundsystem,” said Rob Snodgrass of SEG Productions, stage manager for Slamology. “It combines the best hip hop talent in Indianapolis with the local masters of psychedelic funk.”

In addition to Concrete Beats and Lounge Soundsystem, more than 15 other local musicians will entertain the crowds at Slamology. The event is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday, June 19 and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday, June 20. One-day admission is $10. Two-day passes are $15. Children 10 and under are free.
