Summer Camp at Muncie Children’s Museum is back and more “Super” than ever!

MUNCIE, IN - Summer is upon us! Are you looking for fun, enriching activities to keep your child active? Look no farther than the Muncie Children’s Museum Summer Camp, July 16-20. Muncie Children's Museum is once again pairing with WIPB-TV to bring you “Super Why!” camp with curriculum based around the popular PBS KIDS program SUPER WHY!
In this five-day camp, children will learn about the alphabet with Alpha Pig, practice words and recognize sounds with Wonder Red, spell with Princess Presto, and read with Super Why! Camp concludes with “Super You!” day. Campers can bring a special friend with them to learn and play together. Each day there will be crafts, games and lots of fun, educational activities to get your child excited about learning to spell and read.
This camp is for ages 3-6; children must be potty trained. Check-in begins at 8 a.m. each morning; camp begins at 8:30 a.m. and runs until noon.
Summer camp registration forms can be picked up from the MCM's front desk or you can print and mail it to the MCM. Registration is due Friday, July 13 at 5 p.m.
The cost to attend camp is $60 per child for MCM members and $70 per child for non-members. The Museum will not be providing child care as it has in the past, but parents are welcome to join their children after camp sessions to explore the museum.

The Muncie Children’s Museum provides hands-on, educational and innovative learning experiences. The Museum is located at 515 S. High St. Museum hours are 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday and 1-5 p.m. Sunday. Admission is $6 per person ages 1-100.
