Hollywood Hot Sheet: Actor Jon Voight Speaks Out & Super Mom Cindy Crawford

Oh, oh, here we go again!! Actor Jon Voight, father of Angelina Jolie, has spoken out once more, but this time in support of Brad Pitt’s mom Jane, who wrote her local newspaper asking readers to vote for Romney- even if his Mormon beliefs were not in line with their own.
Ms. Pitt called the Republican candidate ‘a family man with high morals who is against abortion and shares a strong Christian conviction concerning homosexuals.’ But since Angelina and partner Brad Pitt are two of Hollywood’s most outspoken backers of gay marriage, and Angie admits to having had a ten year relationship with another woman,
Voight probably should have keep mum about mom. The 73 year old veteran actor already landed in a heap of trouble in 2001, when he told a TV interviewer that Angelina needed to seek help for ‘her serious mental problems.’ And the result was a ten - year silent standoff between dad and daughter. So considering he and Angie just got back on good terms two years ago, you’d think he would have learned by now that silence is golden.

Okay, for those of you who have been suffering sleepless nights over the well-being of 29 year old journalist, Kate Major, who filed for a restraining order against Lindsay Lohan’s whacky dad Mike after he threatened to slit her wrists, push her off a balcony, AND ‘whack,’ her dear old dad, you can rest easy because looks like the two love birds made up.
At least they found a way around a restraining order a Florida judge issued telling 52 year old Mike had to stay at least 500 ft. away from Major. Sources say the couple is expecting their first bundle of joy together just in time for the holidays. Almost makes his darling daughter Lindsay seem normal, right?

Supermodel Cindy Crawford is a super mom – so say her kids 13 year old Presley and Kaia 10. According to her pre-teen off spring, their 46 year old mother is a pushover when it comes to letting them have their way. She allows them to eat meals in the family room on the sofa, set their drinks down on the coffee tables without coasters, and stay up as late as they want during the summer. They can also leave their pj’s on all day if it suits them.
And Cindy even acts as room mother for Kaia’s 5th grade class at Point Dume Marine Science Elementary School in Malibu! Crawford, who’s been married to entrepreneur Rande Gerber for 14 years, says the furniture can always be replaced so she feels the kids should be able to feel right at home in any room of the house. Easy for her to say… after all her estimated net worth is in excess of $100 million.

Actress Blake Lively knows the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach, but she didn’t count on it going to her hips first! According to a source, Lively 24, has packed on a few extra pounds by cooking for her boyfriend, 35 year old actor Ryan Reynolds. And now she realizes she’d better cut back on her culinary skills if she wants to stay trim and slim.
Lively has taken cooking classes in both Thailand and France, and she loves whipping up Thai food, pastas, and French Cuisine. And she is an amazing baker too, bringing cakes, cupcakes, and cookies to the Gossip Girl set. But problem is, she’s also eating what she cooks and when she was photographed recently in a one- piece bathing suit, her love of food was starting to show. Now she and Ryan have agreed to curb their appetites and increase their exercise regime in order to shed a few pounds.

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth’s three year relationship is going to the dogs. Literally. The couple has been rescuing animals together since they first met and now they have a total of five dogs living with them in their studio City home. And while you might sigh and say, “Awwwwwwwwww,” their neighbors aren’t quite as happy with the couple’s five canine companions.
“These are not all teeny-tiny dogs,” says a neighbor. “Although one is a Yorkshire terrier, they’ve also got a Rottweiler/Beagle mix, an Alaskan Klee Kai and an English Bulldog. And when both Miley and Liam are out of the house, the dogs tend to bark because they miss their masters.”
The source adds that so far the neighbors haven’t complained because they think it’s nice that the couple cares enough to adopt stray pups, but they’re hoping Miley and Liam managed to train the dogs soon, so they can finally have a little peace and quiet.
