Gun toting Lexus driver accused of road rage along Interstate 69

MUNCIE, IN - A Muncie man was arrested on felony charges Sunday night after accused of waving a gun at a motorist along Interstate 69.

 Indiana State Police reported that a driver in a blue Lexus was northbound on the interstate near Daleville around 6:45 p.m. Sunday  drove up on another motorist, passed him and moved in front of him while showing a handgun.

 A car and registration matching that description was later found at the BP convenience store at the interstate and Ind 332 and the driver, Nathaniel D. Michael, 31, was found in possession of a .40 caliber handgun. 

 Trooper Will Hughes preliminarily charged Michael with felony driving while intoxicated and criminal recklessness, He was take to jail and later bonded out.
