As some legislator said, Daniels plan is a start. It really does need work but it is a good starting place for negotiations to begin.

Taxes should be eliminated and a constitutional ammendment made to insure it never comes back or is substituted by any other form of property tax. 1% sales tax should be on Merchandise only and not on services or Basic Needs; as water, home heating, food, electric, etc.
