Tip of the Day: Muncie Free Press recommends (very much so) using the latest version of Firefox to view this site. As an alternative, be sure to update your Internet Exlorer to version 7. The downloads aren't that large and it should really increase your browsing experience not only here, but elsewhere on the World Wide Web. Thanks and enjoy the site.

Heck yes! I'm going to drive more carefully when the weather is poor. My momma did not raise no dummies. Of course, that's not what she says. :}

Heh. As you can tell, I need new poll ideas! ;)
Expect some changes (for the better) at MFP in the near future, too.
Old troopers don't look for
Old troopers don't look for ways to have accidents. I have driven over 2,000,000 miles and have no accidents or tickets aside from a parking ticket in Washington D.C. and I was ordered to get that. Yes, I do believe in getting the vehicle road worthy for the changing seasons, and if I can I carry extra supplies for others in need as well.
Our Community needs to watch out for each-other, as good neighbors should do.

Black ICE has been a big issue out where I live so far this year. I was pleasantly surprised at the city's removal of the first major snowfalls,
but as always the best way to avoid problems is taking plenty of time to slow down and downshift if you have too. . So everybody watch out for each other and give us each some room to drive and we will all be fine !!!!
