Did the grand jury make the right decision on the Jeff Leist case?

I don't necissarily believe this is a racial issue. However, I can't help but wonder how many black Americans were on that Grand Jury?

At one point in my life, I wanted to become a police officer. But, thanks to men like officer Leist, I no longer have that desire.

Imagine the same situation involving average citizens instead of a police officer. Would the individual battering the other with the butt of a firearm have been arrested? Most definitely. Would they be charged with assault with a deadly weapon? More than likely.

It is most unfortunate that we live in a society where it has become perfectly acceptable for a police officer to enter one's home where there is an invited guest and batter them because they're guilty of sleeping with the officers daughter.

Leist gets a 'get out of jail free' card. But a sanitary worker gets suspended for a month for having a Halloween decoration in his truck gets suspended from duty without pay for 30 days.

Yes, as they have NO Axe to grind, and Nothing to lose for doing what is right based on the Evidence Provided; or discussed.
