Gaming still against the law in Muncie, IN

MUNCIE, IN - Sports betting, especially at some Muncie bars, is still illegal and the Indiana Gaming Commission made its point this week, charging a couple high profile gaming organizers with conspiracy to promote professional gambling.
Steve Mason, 65, 4609 W. Shirey Road, who runs the Oasis Bar & Grill, and his friend, Michael Terrell, 61, 3803 E. Memorial Drive, are accused of running a professional sports gaming operations involving hundreds of thousands of dollars.
